For a marketer of any career stage who leads by example. This award celebrates an individual whose actions, attitude, and achievements inspire those around them – raising the bar for what great marketing leadership looks like. They’re not just good at what they do, they make others better too.

What the judges are looking for:

What qualities and behaviours make this individual a genuine role model within the marketing community in East Anglia?

Provide specific examples of behaviours or actions that demonstrate how they lead by example.

Share a specific story that shows how this individual has inspired, supported or elevated others within the marketing community.

Entry Details

To be eligible, nominees should:

Open to individuals working in any marketing role, at any level.
Nominee must be based in or have a significant impact in East Anglia.
Can be nominated by colleagues, peers, or through self-nomination.
Should demonstrate evidence of mentorship, advocacy, or championing of others.

The judges will be presented with the shortlist of nominees and will mark each nomination out of 25.

There are 3 key questions in stage 3 of the nomination form; each of these hold equal weighting and will be marked out of 7 points.

Each nomination form offers the chance to add testimonials or additional evidence – there are 4 extra points that can be awarded for these, based on the individual judge’s discretion.

Write your nomination

We collect partial answers from people who fill in a part of the form, but didn’t click the submit button. The answers are stored in the local browser storage and never leave the respondent’s computer, so you can continue where you left off. If, for whatever reason, you lose your nomination before submission and can’t see your answers, please contact info@eastanglianmarketingawards.co.uk to see if we can recover them for you.
